Google 2FA

If you’ve lost your smartphone or access to Google 2FA, try to recall whether you have the 2FA secret code saved somewhere. If you find it, create a new entry in Google Authenticator using that code. After that, you’ll be able to log in using 2FA codes generated by this entry.

If you used the Authy app, access can be restored using an app backup or a linked phone number.

Cryptorg Code

Try to recall the protection code you set up. It’s six characters long. If you followed best practice when creating it, it’s likely written down on paper.

If nothing helps

If you can’t recover access to 2FA, write from the email registered with Cryptorg to [email protected] stating your login.

If your accounts have funds

If your exchange accounts hold balances at the time you contact support, resetting 2FA will additionally require:

• Proof of account verification — even on Bybit liquidity, where verification isn’t required at account opening. Support will request documents.
• Proof of account state — they’ll request current balances and active positions (screenshot / export), to confirm the request comes from the owner and not an attacker.

For “empty” accounts these steps are not required.
