Verification

Verification is identity confirmation (KYC) to comply with broker regulatory requirements.

Binance accountrequired before opening
  • ID document (passport / ID card).
  • A selfie with the document.
  • On request — proof of address (utility bill, bank statement).

Data goes directly to the broker and is used only for KYC. Cryptorg only stores the result status.

  1. Open the verification page.
  2. Upload documents following the form prompts.
  3. Wait for a decision — typically from a few minutes up to 24 hours.
  4. After approval, open the Binance account.

All transactions to and from exchange accounts (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) are subject to automatic AML checks (Anti-Money Laundering). This is a regulatory requirement and standard practice for any major broker.

If a transaction triggers violations or has suspicious source of funds — the account may require verification, even if KYC wasn’t needed before (for example, on Bybit liquidity, where it’s usually skippable). In that case account operations are paused until KYC is passed.

To avoid surprises:

  • Don’t accept deposits from mixers, sanctioned addresses or suspicious sources.
  • If the AML flag is raised — pass verification through the usual flow or contact support right away with operation details.

The main support channel is the Telegram bot @cryptorg_support_bot. That’s the fastest place to resolve issues with verification, AML flags, rejected documents or stuck applications.

Before reaching out, check whether your case fits one of the typical rejection reasons — often you can resolve it yourself in a minute:

  • Document unreadable — retake in good lighting, no glare.
  • Selfie rejected — face uncovered, no hats or sunglasses.
  • Address not confirmed — attach a fresh address document (no older than 3 months).
