Password recovery

If you forgot your account password, you can recover it in a couple of minutes.

How to recover

1. Open the password recovery page.
2. Enter the email you registered with.
3. Wait for the email with the link and follow it.
4. Set a new password and confirm it.

Caution

If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, the reset will also require a code from your authenticator app. Without it, access can’t be restored — see 2FA recovery.

The email didn’t arrive

• Check Spam and Promotions folders.
• Wait 5–10 minutes — sometimes the email arrives with delay.
• Make sure you’re entering the email you originally registered with.
