Funding wallet

In this section you can deposit and withdraw crypto, as well as run quick conversion and create exchange codes. The Trading wallet is used for trading operations.

Depositing crypto

To deposit crypto, click the Deposit button on the Funding wallet page.

Once on the deposit page, pick the network you need, copy the address and use it for transfers from other platforms or wallets.

Caution

Some networks require a MEMO (Destination Tag) in addition to the address. Without it the transfer can be lost. Such networks include XRP and others.

Withdrawing crypto

To withdraw crypto, click «Withdraw» on the Funding page.

You’ll be offered the network through which the withdrawal will go.

Next you need to fill in the following fields:

• Amount. The number of coins to withdraw. Note that the network fee will be deducted from this amount.
• Address. Provide the destination address. A single mistake in the address will lead to complete loss of funds.
• MEMO (Destination Tag). Some networks require a MEMO code. It’s used to identify the transfer on the receiving platform. Such networks include TON Network, XRP and others.
• 2FA. Enter your second security factor for Cryptorg operations. This can be a PIN code or Google 2FA.
• Verification code from email. Send a code to the email linked to your account and enter it in the form.

Tip

After a withdrawal request is created, you have 5 minutes to cancel it. After 5 minutes the request is processed and sent to the network. It’s no longer possible to recover the funds.
