App Store activation

In the App Store the app is published as Cryptorg Trainer and requires a one-time activation:

1. Download and open the Cryptorg Trainer app.
2. Place a test market order in Long with volume 8923421 on any market.
3. Done — the app is activated, all Cryptorg features are available.

On Android (Google Play) no activation is needed — the app launches right away.
