Exchange codes are designed for quick transfer of crypto between different Cryptorg accounts, bypassing the blockchain. No fee is charged for the transfer. Creating an exchange code is only available for the USDT token.
Exchange codes also let you move funds between your own accounts without traditional deposit/withdrawal operations through the blockchain. The section has both an activation history and a creation history of exchange codes.
Extra protection
Section titled “Extra protection”When creating a code, you can additionally protect it with a protection code, and you can specify a particular recipient for the exchange code.
The For user (ID) field is optional. It lets you specify a particular recipient. The user’s ID can be found on the main page of the exchange codes section.
The Protection code is an optional field. It adds an extra layer to prevent accidental activation. To redeem the code you’ll need to pass the protection code to the recipient.
Where to use
Section titled “Where to use”- Move funds between two of your own Cryptorg accounts with no blockchain fees.
- Cashless payments between platform users.
- Hand over funds to another trader inside Cryptorg.
Per-liquidity notes
Section titled “Per-liquidity notes”- Binance: codes are created and activated from the Spot wallet — the futures wallet doesn’t use USDT for code generation; transfer USDT to Spot first via the «Transfer» button.
- Direct exchange of codes between Bybit and Binance liquidities is not supported: a code created on Bybit can only be activated on a Bybit account, and vice versa. There is no internal transfer between liquidities in Cryptorg — neither via an exchange code nor via “Transfer” (which only moves funds between the Funding ⇄ Trading wallets of the same account). To move funds from one liquidity to another, withdraw them to the blockchain from the account on one liquidity to your own external address and deposit them to the account on the other liquidity (same network, network fee applies).
