Active deals
The «Active deals» section shows all currently open bot deals across all exchange accounts of the selected liquidity in one place. Data updates in real time.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”Above the table — three filters:
- Accounts — switch between all trading accounts (Bybit and Binance). Each account is its own button with its name. The «All accounts» button shows deals from all of them at once.
- Direction —
All positions,Long,Short. - Pairs — pick a specific pair from the list, or «All pairs».
On the right — a substring search on pair names.
Table columns
Section titled “Table columns”Trading pair
Section titled “Trading pair”The first column has the open deal’s main parameters:
- Icon and ticker of the pair (e.g.,
BERA / BERAUSDT). - Order counters:
filled / placed / total SOs— how many safety orders have fired, how many sit as limits, what the grid cap is. - Deal volume in USDT (4–7 decimal precision).
- Direction and leverage:
Long x10orShort x10. - Deal ID (e.g.,
ID: 17053374).
Position
Section titled “Position”A summary of position state and nearest Take Profit:
- TP — Take Profit price and its USDT delta relative to entry (plus/minus).
- MP (Market Price) — current market price of the pair.
- Deal progress in % — how close the market got to TP.
99.0%means the close is almost there. - LP (Liquidation Price) — position liquidation price.
--means the liquidation is in the safe zone (far from market); otherwise the specific USDT price is shown.
Bot and account
Section titled “Bot and account”The third column carries the “where the deal came from” context:
- Bot name that opened the deal (with version, e.g.,
BLUAI invest (ver.2)). Clickable — opens the bot management page. - Grid parameters at the moment of opening:
active SOs / max SOs / leverage(e.g.,3 / 10 / x10). - Exchange account name.
- Open date and time.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”The right column has two buttons per deal:
- Force-close the deal. The bot closes the position at market and removes all pending orders.
- Cancel the deal. The bot drops the deal: position and orders stay on the exchange, but the bot no longer manages them. From here on — manually via the terminal.
What to do if a deal is stuck or misbehaving
Section titled “What to do if a deal is stuck or misbehaving”Write to the Telegram support bot @cryptorg_support_bot. In the first message, attach:
- Login and account email.
- Deal ID and trading pair.
- Bot ID.
- A screenshot of the deal row from «Active deals».
- The time you noticed the issue.
